Day 1 and 2
Drink a glass of lemon water first thing in the morning. This can be made by either boiling sliced lemons in water or boiling water then squeezing in lemon juice. Lemon water detoxes, hydrates and nourishes your skin in addition to remedying acne, wrinkles, dark spots and rashes. Once you’ve done this, cleanse, steam and moisturize your face using natural products of course. During the day, ensure you drink 2 liters of water and eat foods rich in Vitamin C. These include grapefruits, oranges, spinach, broccoli, cauliflower and cantaloupes to mention a few. Lastly, wash and moisturize your face before going to bed.

Cleanse and scrub your face. Ensure you stick to organic scrubs like sea salt, coffee or sugar scrubs. You can even make your own DIY facial scrub with ingredients in your kitchen. Exfoliating gets rid of dead skin thereby enabling it to absorb moisture and be supple. Make a point of drinking green tea twice during the day and minimizing or eliminating the consumption of any dairy products (eek!). Eat dark chocolate, kiwi, beans or any food rich in antioxidants. Your last activity for the day will be to cleanse your face before bed. On the fourth day, cleanse and moisturize first thing in the morning. Next, steam the face to open up pores and make it taut. Use a facemask and then rinse the face with cold water after which your skin will be glowing. Drink a glass of detox water and 2.5 liters of water. Its a lot, I know, but this is so good for your skin!
